Terms of service

  1. TERMS OF AGREEMENT

    This agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into between you, referred to as the "Client," and Cass Ovsienko. The minimum duration of this agreement is 12 weeks. Once this period has elapsed, you have the option to either extend the agreement or terminate it.

  2. SCOPE OF SERVICES

    Cass Ovsienko has agreed to deliver the services to the Client as outlined in the Client Onboarding document. This guidance and advice is never intended to be medical advice and should not replace the advice given by your doctor.

  3. PERFORMANCE OF SERVICES

    Cass Ovsienko commits to delivering services with professionalism and competence, dedicating the necessary time and attention to ensure proper execution. Furthermore, Cass Ovsienko will safeguard the confidentiality of the Client's information. The services will be carried out and completed efficiently, diligently, and to a high standard of professionalism.

  4. TERMS OF PAYMENT

    The Client agrees to compensate Cass Ovsienko for the services rendered under this Agreement, in accordance with the invoice provided. Payment will be made as outlined in the terms specified within the invoice.

  5. CONFIDENTIALITY

    Cass Ovsienko is obligated to maintain the confidentiality of any confidential information belonging to the Client and shall not disclose it. Furthermore, Cass Ovsienko shall refrain from utilising any confidential information for personal advantage or for the benefit of any third party.

  6. CANCELLATION & TERMINATION POLICY

    The Client acknowledges that by entering into this agreement, they are committing to a minimum duration of 12 weeks. In certain situations, I, Cass Ovsienko, may choose to pause the agreement, but this decision rests solely with me.

    After the initial term, the Client has the option to extend the agreement, and its conditions will remain in effect. Should the Client wish to terminate the agreement, they must notify Cass Ovsienko with a two-week advance notice. If the Client has not completed the 12-week minimum term, they will be required to pay for the remaining weeks. Minimum 12 week commitment.

    2-week cancellation notice period. 2-week notice period for pauses outside of 12 weeks.

    Please note, that there are no refunds for any payments made to Cass Ovsienko.
