Even for those who meet medical criteria, medication alone will not lead to long-term success. Sustainable weight management requires working with professional to develop healthy eating habits, incorporate regular exercise, and learn how to maintain these behaviors in daily life. If these drugs are implemented without proper education and use, your health will be negatively impacted, potentially causing long-term, irreversible damage.

Apple cider vinegar has been hyped as a miracle cure for weight loss, digestion, and even detoxing, but the reality is far less exciting. While it may have minor benefits for blood sugar control, there’s no strong evidence that it leads to significant fat loss or overall health improvements. This kind of misleading health claim is similar to the case of Belle Gibson, the wellness influencer who faked having cancer and claimed she cured it naturally through diet and lifestyle changes. Her fraudulent story highlights the dangers of trusting unproven health trends and influencers over real science and qualified professionals.
