Hi, I’m Cass Ovsienko, a certified and registered nutritionist with the Nutrition Council Australia and a strength coach with almost a decade of hands-on experience in the fitness industry. I’m passionate about women’s health, particularly in educating and empowering women through sustainable, evidence-based training and nutrition. My coaching style is no-nonsense, relatable, and rooted in real-world application, no gimmicks, just solid fundamentals that work.
I’ve built a thriving face-to-face coaching business from the ground up, staying fully booked for years now, but my sights are now set on expanding my online presence. I want to reach more women, especially those in their 40s navigating changes like peri-menopause, and help them feel strong, capable, and in control of their health. I’m also determined to grow my confidence in self-promotion, showing women not only their own worth but also the immense value I bring as a coach.
My personality is a mix of grit, humor, and authenticity. I appreciate straight talk, enjoy a good laugh, and don’t shy away from calling out misinformation in the fitness industry. I value deep client relationships, preferring one-on-one coaching over impersonal group programs. My brand is an extension of me, professional yet relaxed, informative yet engaging, always keeping it real.
At heart, I’m a lifelong learner, always pushing to improve myself and my business. My goals for 2025 reflect my drive: building an online coaching business that gives me financial freedom while keeping me accessible and hands-on with my clients. I want to scale and work with as many women as I can, without losing the personal touch that makes my coaching unique.

My tough upbringing and life experiences gave me a no-BS mindset, and I’ve turned that into a strength, helping women cut through the noise, build confidence in their bodies, and make real, lasting progress. I’m not just a coach; I’m a guide, a mentor, and someone who genuinely cares about my clients’ success.
