I have been working with Cass for a few years now with strength training which has helped me overall wanting to get healthier. Over different times I have been able to loose weight myself but I have never sustained the weight loss. After I couldn't fit into my suit for a wedding I decided to approach Cass for some help with nutrition and try and loose some weight with a healthy approach. Cass set me up with a plan and I Was amazed at how much I enjoyed eating more than I usually did and loosing weight doing it. I took the diet seriously and strickly stuck to it. I have lost 13.5kg and now just maintaining my weight by using the plan during the week and being very flexible with in on weekends. In summary if your serious about loosing weight invest in getting a qualified nutritionist to help you set up a eating plan that will set you on a healthy weight loss journey and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Cass to be that professional.
